Clarity Systems Announces Clarity 6.1
Clarity Systems, a provider of corporate performance management (CPM) solutions, announced the availability of the latest release of Clarity 6.1. With new functionality in financial reporting, advanced audit trail, activity tracking, multilingual support and Microsoft Office integration, Clarity 6.1 gives organizations enhanced capabilities for improving corporate performance across the enterprise.
Some of the new features in Clarity 6.1 include:
- Provides comprehensive data lineage allowing users to identify changed data, by whom and when
- Advanced audit trail reporting allows users to view how the changes have impacted the overall financial results
- Clarity Tracking provides the administrator with reporting on end user activity
- Administrators can determine which templates and reports are being used, and by whom
- Clarity 6.1 supports multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, German and Japanese
- Clarity 6.1 delivers capabilities that provide integration with Microsoft Office
- Users can now move Clarity reports from the Web into MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint and can launch and refresh Clarity reports from inside MS-Office applications
- Clarity 6.1 continues to support OLAP and relational databases including:
- Essbase 6.x, 7.x and System 9
- Oracle 8i, 9i and 10g
- IBM DB2 8.1 and 8.2
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005
- Microsoft Analysis Services 2000 and 2005
