OSH merchants and marketers can quickly and easily understand customer behavior to improve promotion effectiveness and increase sales without relying on the IT department or experts in statistics for analysis.
The Quantivo Retail service includes patented Affinity Analytics capabilities that enable OSH marketers and merchants to quickly identify customer behavior patterns and answer tough questions such as: What was the overall effectiveness of my last promotion? What other items were purchased with products on promotion? Did customers return in the following weeks to purchase follow-on products? What is the profile of the customer who responded to the promotion and what will they most likely buy next?
Quantivos SaaS delivery model and cloud computing infrastructure enabled OSH merchandisers to begin using the service in two weeks. There was no hardware to procure, no software to install and configure.
