Experian QAS Offers Newest Version of Core Batch Engine
October 22, 2008 - Experian QAS announced the release of QAS Batch 6.40, an update to its back-end address verification tool used by hundreds of organizations in many industries, such as education, retail, banking and insurance.
Batch 6.40 offers new functionality, including the availability of Canadian data, customized formatting options, user interface advancements, improved performance and compatibility with a variety of operating systems. In addition to further enhancing organizations' ability to improve address matching, with the availability of QAS Batch 6.40, Experian QAS now has a complete address verification product suite for the Canadian market.
QAS Batch 6.40 provides additional flexibility for organizations wanting to customize formatting options. For example, many colleges and universities choose not to abbreviate certain postal address fields. The software allows institutions to default to their own formatting standards for quicker address cleansing.
