MEGA International Helps Michael Page International

May 12, 2008 - MEGA International, a leader in providing enterprise architecture (EA), business process analysis (BPA), governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, announced that professional recruitment consultants Michael Page International implemented MEGA Modeling Suite software.

 

The MEGA International software will help to streamline processes throughout the organization, including the better alignment of IT with business demands, the introduction of new initiatives to increase productivity and maintain a competitive edge.

 

In particular, EA techniques from MEGA International will accelerate further development of an EA program that was introduced by Michael Page International in March 2007. The solution will be used to ease the auditing or mapping of existing IT resources in relation to the business, then analyze, design and implement new processes and IT frameworks to make the right changes to meet business objectives.

 

This implementation will pave the way for the introduction of an SOA initiative and the introduction of a global CRM system. The EA resources will also be used to help rationalize three separately located IT hubs that have been working in different ways.

 

Michael Page International selected MEGA International because it most closely met the customer’s functional requirements. Michael Page wanted a solution that was highly graphical, easy to use and provided an off-the-shelf set of robust tools that would allow complete traceability between business processes, services, information systems, data and infrastructure.

Michael Page International bought MEGA International’s entire range of EA and BPA products. The consolidation of the three data centers will be accomplished over the next five years.
