Advantage Database Server is a high performance embedded client/server data management system that provides both ISAM table-based and SQL-based data access, enabling application developers to chart a growth path for legacy database applications.
Advantage Database Server 9s updated features include support for Visual FoxPro 9, performance boosts for large transactions, reduced end user configuration requirements and the addition of key functionality including an SQL Debugger and 64 bit Platform Support.
The enhancements and updates in Advantage Database Server 9 have allowed us to further enhance the products usability, resulting in greater developer productivity, said Dave Neudoerffer, vice president, engineering.
