December 10, 2007 Visual Numerics, Inc. announced an OEM agreement with SAP AG. Under the terms of the agreement. The Visual Numerics IMSL C Numerical Library version 6.0 will be embedded into the SAP NetWeaver platform.
The IMSL C Library will be integrated into TREX - a structured and unstructured data processing component of SAP NetWeaver - providing the TREX engine with functions for data analytics such as outlier detection, dependency analysis and forecasting.
