Astrum 1.5 from Astrum Software is part of its Active Storage Management (ASM) solution. Major enhancements include support for German, French and U.K. English versions of Microsoft Windows and UNIX operating systems and the ability to proactively manage storage resources for Sybase databases. Other newly released features are support for Microsoft Exchange 2000, new alert messaging capability, and the ability to drill down to the file system level within the GUI for file attribute data. With its new Sybase support, Astrum 1.5 allows companies to centrally monitor, report on, and proactively manage storage resources for all Sybase installations. Astrum 1.5 includes both proactive and reactive management tools that allow customers to achieve the availability levels required for mission-critical Sybase environments.



DecisionPoint Compliance Dashboard from DecisionPoint Applications is a packaged application for enabling companies to meet the process, accuracy and accelerated reporting requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The Compliance Dashboard forms the core of a company's compliance process by providing key reports and metrics, detecting potential data anomalies, providing alerts to key staff and enabling rapid resolution through anomaly analysis and collaboration.



ArcGIS Tracking Analyst from ESRI enables users to visualize and analyze temporal data by defining events including time, location and attribute information. ArcGIS Tracking Analyst can display data types, including points, lines, polygons and tracks, for historical data analysis. Users can record, play back, and conduct temporal analysis including data clock charting and temporal offset. Monitoring and analysis actions, such as highlight, suppress, and filter, and user-defined applications, such as Visual Basic (VB) scripts, are available, and existing temporal data can be set with future time windows (for mission planning) or past time windows (for historical data).

Records Manager is designed to integrate with an  organization's existing IT infrastructure, including IBM, Microsoft and Oracle databases.



KnowledgeBase.net Version 3.0 from KnowledgeBase Solutions Inc. includes portal customization, added search options and foreign language support. The new features enable companies to seamlessly integrate a customer self-service and support application into any Web page environment with zero limitations on customization levels. KnowledgeBase Solutions also unveiled two new add-on features, the KB Portal Builder and the KB Global Language Pack.




MetaPure  from Metagenix is a data quality auditing tool for enterprise database systems that continuously monitors and audits data to ensure it adheres to preconfigured, customized business rules. Easy to install and use, MetaPure examines data in a place or as part of a transaction. It then reports how well that data fits with your business rules and features a new "wizards" interface which builds the rules and mappings to accomplish common tasks, while at the same time providing access to the "nuts and bolts" for fine-tuning.



Princeton Softech's Archive for Servers 5.1 from Princeton Softech supports HP-UX UNIX operating environment to optimize network facilities and take advantage of high-speed processing to archive large volumes of relational data. It also enables cost-effective storage alternatives including the capability to store archived data on EMC's Centera content addressed storage (CAS) platform.



iScala BI Web Parts from Scala Business Solutions are ready-made building blocks for presentation of data warehouse information in digital dashboards and corporate portals. The iScala Business Intelligence Server is a family of products that allows users to access and analyze company information, such as standard reports or key performance indicators. Web Parts delivers the ability to create portal-based real-time single views of ERP and business intelligence data, without users having to alter their core ERP infrastructure.



SPSS PredictiveMarketing from SPSS Inc. is an automated predictive analytics application that uses sophisticated analytics to sift through volumes of customer data to find revealing patterns. A Web- based interface provides the results in easy-to-understand visual formats. This standalone application can integrate into organizations' campaign management, sales force automation or CRM systems. Its open, standards-based architecture enables it to be readily customized to work within a company's existing software infrastructure. Additionally, its user interface can be easily modified, either by simplifying it or by adding more complex capabilities, to suit users' analytical skill levels.
