ServiceWare Names a New CEO

ServiceWare Technologies Inc., a provider of intelligent service applications, has a new chief executive officer. On Sept. 5, ServiceWare named Kent Heyman as president and CEO. Prior to joining ServiceWare, Heyman was one of three founding employees and a senior vice president at Mpower Communications. ServiceWare develops customer relationship management applications, including eService Suite, which enables businesses to develop and manage a repository of knowledge to answer inquiries over the Web and in the call center. The company's customers include H&R; Block, Northeast Utilities, Amgen, Stream International, QUALCOMM, Marconi and Sage Software.
