Hyperion Debuts Its Latest eCRM Applications

    Online News published in DMReview.com
March 14, 2001

Hyperion Corp., a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based developer of business analysis application software, recently released new versions of four eCRM analysis applications. The upgraded products include Hyperion Web Site Analysis Suite, Hyperion Customer Interaction Center, Hyperion Field Service Analysis and Hyperion Product Quality Analysis. Product features include: thin client distribution implementation through a customer's intranet, an enhanced user interface, batch static reporting and ad-hoc e-mail reporting capability, improved directory and report definitions flexibility and enhanced dynamic content support.

The products also support Unix, Windows 9x, Windows NT SP 5 or higher and Windows 2000, as well as Microsoft SQL Server SP1 or higher and Oracle 7.3.x or 8.0.x.

Hyperion's eCRM analysis products allow businesses to leverage operational CRM data and combine the information with Web activity to create a combined online and offline view of their customers, according to Mindy Fiorentino, vice president of marketing for Hyperion's eCRM products.
