Delano and Recognition Systems Sign Technology Partnership

Delano Technology Corporation, a leading provider of interaction-based e-business solutions for the enterprise, and Recognition Systems announced a technology partnership under which Delano?s e-business platform and e-CRM application suite will be integrated with Protagona, Recognition Systems? enterprise marketing and campaign management product.

Recognition Systems will integrate the Delano e-Business Interaction Suite and Delano Customer Velocity with Protagona in a multiphased project designed to enhance the functionality of the marketing campaign management software, extending its capabilities to the Internet. CorVu and Astea Announce Agreement to Provide Customer Relationship Management Scorecards
