Delano and Recognition Systems Sign Technology Partnership

Delano Technology Corporation, a leading provider of interaction-based e-business solutions for the enterprise, and Recognition Systems announced a technology partnership under which Delano?s e-business platform and e-CRM application suite will be integrated with Protagona, Recognition Systems? enterprise marketing and campaign management product.

Recognition Systems will integrate the Delano e-Business Interaction Suite and Delano Customer Velocity with Protagona in a multiphased project designed to enhance the functionality of the marketing campaign management software, extending its capabilities to the Internet. Once the integration of the two solutions is complete, Recognition Systems will deliver a comprehensive product that not only enables marketing professionals to manage customer experiences across multiple touchpoints, but also allows them to engage in high-performance and high-volume event-based e-marketing initiatives with full support for bounce handling and redundancy, content management, personalized newsletters, online surveys and e- mail response management.

CorVu and Astea Announce Agreement to Provide Customer Relationship Management Scorecards
