Redi-Direct Marketing Announces Strategic Acquisition of the Great Elk Co.

Fairfield, N.J., March 6, 2000 - Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc. announced that it has acquired the outstanding shares of The Great Elk Company, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. The company also announced that it has merged Great Elk with WindSoft, another Redi-Direct company, to form StayinFront, Inc., the combination of which creates a major competitor in the global CRM marketplace. The new company is headquartered in New Jersey, with offices in Illinois, Georgia, Texas, California, Maine, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

According to Thomas R. Buckley, StayinFront CEO, the new organization combines Great Elk's unique and leading-edge technology with WindSoft's extensive implementation and support infrastructure. WindSoft has been a Great Elk Implementation Partner for several years and has been responsible for sales, configuration, deployment and support of Great Elk products throughout North America.
