Chicago, Ill., March 6, 2000 ? Recognition Systems, a worldwide leader in the development of customer experience management software, and Cedar PMPL, the division of Cedar Group Plc that provides customer-centric data warehouses and data management solutions, have announced a global partnership which will benefit financial and insurance organizations. Protagona, Recognition Systems' customer experience and campaign management software, will be licensed alongside Cedar's eContent data management, warehousing and data migration solutions for e-business.

"Combining Protagona and eContent will be an advantage for marketers by bringing data into one system, which will allow them to gain information about customer behavior and preferences. The database will enable companies to conduct personalized marketing campaigns which offer relevant products or services and, ultimately, make businesses more profitable," said Bryan Black, CEO of Recognition Systems.
