FileTek and Ardent Software Announce Partnering Agreement

Rockville, MD, Jan. 18, 2000 ? FileTek, Inc. announced that it has entered into a two-year consulting partner agreement with Ardent Software. Under the agreement, FileTek will now represent Ardent's products to its present and future customers, allowing them easier access and management of massive databases containing detail, or atomic, data. FileTek will also be able to design and implement its StorHouse software solution for Ardent customers who want to draw detailed data from legacy mainframe sources, ERP systems and other databases.
