Sterling Software Partners with Verity to Deliver EUREKA:Portal Solution
Minneapolis, Minn., Dec., 20, 1999 ? Sterling Software, Inc. and Verity, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise and Internet knowledge retrieval solutions, announced a partnership agreement to integrate Verity's comprehensive search and retrieval technology into EUREKA:Portal 2.0. Through this OEM agreement, Sterling will integrate the Verity Information Server, an advanced full-text search and knowledge retrieval solution, into EUREKA:Portal 2.0, software that offers the industry's most complete suite of business intelligence tools and capabilities. EUREKA:Portal 2.0 tool was released on November 29, 1999.
