Nov. 29, 1999 - A cyber seminar entitled, "Jumpstart Your E-CRM Solution With Marketing Automation," will be presented by Carleton Corporation, Naviant, MicroStrategy Inc. and Prime Response. The seminar will be led by KnowledgeCapital Group analyst Bill Hopkins and will cover marketing automation, a key area of intelligent e-CRM (electronic customer relationship management) solutions. The presentation will take place at 2 p.m. EST on December 14, 1999.

The seminar will focus on the essential components of marketing automation: customer data management (led by Carleton), reporting and modeling (led by MicroStrategy), campaign management (led by Prime Response) and the services of experienced professionals to help implement and integrate CRM solutions quickly (lead by Naviant). A hypothetical telecommunications case study will guide the discussion. The case study will be followed by a panel discussion of hot issues impacting CRM today. Through cyber seminar technology, participants can submit their questions real-time for the Q&A; session at the end. Using a unique case- study approach, the four companies offer a highly educational and applicable learning experience for companies interested in the latest e-CRM technology and methodologies.

This Web seminar is open to anyone interested in learning about the essential building blocks of a successful e-CRM implementation. For more information on the Web seminar and to register, visit www.carleton.com/seminar/e- crm.htm call 1-800-328-3998.
