Nov. 29, 1999 - A cyber seminar entitled, "Jumpstart Your E-CRM Solution With Marketing Automation," will be presented by Carleton Corporation, Naviant, MicroStrategy Inc. and Prime Response. The seminar will be led by KnowledgeCapital Group analyst Bill Hopkins and will cover marketing automation, a key area of intelligent e-CRM (electronic customer relationship management) solutions. The presentation will take place at 2 p.m. EST on December 14, 1999.
