Newtown Square, Penn., Nov. 11, 1999 - Naviant, a premiere precision marketing company, announced it will co-host a joint cyber seminar, with three other industry-leading companies. The online seminar, entitled "Jumpstart your e-CRM Solution with Marketing Automation" will take place on December 14 at 2:00 p.m. EST at www.carleton.com/seminar/e-crm.htm.

Co-hosting this seminar with Naviant are Carleton Corporation, a leading provider of customer data management solutions; MicroStrategy, a leading worldwide provider of intelligent e-business software; and Prime Response, a leader in integrated e-marketing solutions. Together, the four companies will cover a key area of intelligent electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) solutions - marketing automation, which includes customer data management, reporting and modeling, campaign management and the services of experienced professionals to help implement and integrate CRM solutions quickly.

Industry expert Bill Hopkins, from the Knowledge Capital Group, will lead the seminar, offering insight into the complexities of the CRM industry and introducing representatives from each of the four companies. A hypothetical case study will be presented to guide the discussion, and each company will illustrate and discuss their role in effectively implementing marketing automation as part of a successful CRM strategy.

This seminar is open to anyone interested in learning about the essential building blocks of a successful e-CRM implementation. For more information on the seminar and to register, visit www.carleton.com/seminar/e-crm. htm or call 1-800-328-3998.
