Minnetonka, Minn., July 29, 1999 - Carleton Corp. has formed a new company-sponsored Web site dedicated to customer data management solutions involving the PureView product suite. The new site features free downloadable information about customer relationship management (CRM), how customer data management supports a CRM initiative and how the new business paradigm requires a focus on the customer to achieve success. The site also offers access to position papers on various CRM strategies developed by leading companies in this area along with frequently asked questions focusing on the PureView solution.

"In today's customer-focused business world, accurate customer data is critical to success. However, the challenges of obtaining such data throughout large-scale businesses are substantial. At (the new site), we offer solutions to these business challenges," said Travis Richardson, vice president of marketing and chief technology officer for Carleton Corporation.
