Carleton Establishes New Pure·View Web Site for Customer Data Management Issues

Minnetonka, Minn., July 29, 1999 - Carleton Corp. has formed a new company-sponsored Web site dedicated to customer data management solutions involving the PureView product suite. The new site features free downloadable information about customer relationship management (CRM), how customer data management supports a CRM initiative and how the new business paradigm requires a focus on the customer to achieve success. The site also offers access to position papers on various CRM strategies developed by leading companies in this area along with frequently asked questions focusing on the PureView solution.
