StrikeIron Announces Free Desktop Premium Version of the StrikeIron Web Services Analyzer

StrikeIron Inc., the worldwide leader of Web services commercialization through the StrikeIron Web Services Marketplace, announced that they are expanding the free tools available for working with the StrikeIron Web Services Marketplace to include the downloadable Premium version of the StrikeIron Web Services Analyzer for Windows.

The desktop based Premium Analyzer allows users to easily browse through both internal and external directories and includes direct access to the StrikeIron Web Services Marketplace. Users can quickly and easily understand the data structures, data requirements, behavior and results of a Web services and select the right Web Service for their needs without any programming and any additional software.

StrikeIron is making this product available for free to accelerate the usability of Web services in general, and to accelerate the integration of StrikeIron Marketplace commercial Web services and Web services being utilized internally, to develop and extend Service Oriented Architectures.

"In the past software developers, Website builders and business analysts spent hours locating Web services, reviewing complex XML documents and writing code in order to understand a Web service's behavior," said Bob Brauer, president and CEO of StrikeIron. "By offering this free downloadable tool users will be able to quickly take advantage of the rapidly increasing number of Web services available throughout the world."

The Premium Analyzer is a significantly enhanced version of the online Analyzer available on the StrikeIron Web Services Business Network. The Premium Analyzer provides integrated access to StrikeIron's Web Services Marketplace allowing users to work with the broadest range of commercially available external Web services to enhance their SOA implementations, applications and Web sites with live, real-time data and extended functionality.

In addition, the Premium edition of the Analyzer provides UDDI access to allow users to search and work with multiple UDDI directories, thus offering a much faster way to enable broader usage of internal assets. ISVs and developers can take further advantage of this product by integrating it into their applications to demonstrate new real-time functionality and data that are Web services based.

The StrikeIron Analyzer premium version is available as a free download on the StrikeIron Web Services Business Network at www.strikeiron.com. Some of the Analyzer's benefits and features include:
